Barry Die Cutting Equipment specializes in hand fed, clamshell style die cutters and foil stamping machines. We have one of the largest varieties of sizes available in the industry. Our machines include safety features that go beyond the competition. Our factory ships more than 200 machines per month. Our equipment is known for quality, strength, and ease of operation.

To help maintain this quality we have a network of technicians around the United States to provide fast knowledgeable service. Each machine comes with free installation, training and a full warranty. We keep a fully stocked parts department available for same day shipment. Because technology advances almost daily, we continue to change or add features that we feel will improve and enhance our product.


About the Founders

Steve and Maureen Barry Steve and Maureen Barry

Steve has an extensive background in capital equipment sales and service in the graphic arts and converting industries. In the past 11 years Steve has supported and sold a variety of converting equipment, including hand-fed clamshell presses, auto platen die cutters, auto platen foil stamping machines and an assortment of used equipment.

Steve feels that his most valuable years of experience were those working at The Brausse Group with Ed Brausse as his mentor. Ed Brausse was the founder of Brausse Die Cutting and Converting Equipment, now known as the Brausse Group or IMG Brausse. Ed once told Steve, “when you put your name on a piece of equipment, you have to be ready to stand by it”. Steve took this advice while looking for a manufacturer and believes that he has found the best available machine to put the Barry name on.

Steve’s wife Maureen has over 12 years of experience in sales and marketing at IBM and Pepsi. After staying home for the past seven years in her role as “stay at home Mom” Maureen is anxious to get involved and help Barry Die Cutting Equipment by applying her skills in marketing, sales and daily operations support.
